Hey everyone!
My name is Kat and I tend to be fairly blunt on most occasions. I can be incredibly sarcastic. Sadly, sarcasm doesn't seem to come across very well over the internet. I love people with a good sense of humor. Sometimes I can say too much, sometimes I don't say enough.
I'm in my final year of high school here in America and plan on attending college overseas in Japan...not immediately but eventually :) I want to be an english teacher in Japan, that's my goal anyway. Right now I live in San Diego, which is always extremely hot and never gets enough rain.
I love music, singing, movies, dancing, reading, philosophy, meeting new people...I pretty much just love the world!
I'd love to make a few penpals from this site, whether it's through email, MySpace, or the traditional "snail mail" (postal mail).

I am currently learning Japanese at my school, but I know very little. I was hoping to improve it here, maybe help others learn my language, English. I learn my Korean from Tae Kwon Do, a Korean martial art. (not marshal) I can only count to 29, say 'tension, bow, fighting stance, fight, and leader.' I can count to 99 in Japanese, I know very little too, such as iditakimasu, watashiwa no Troy Cavins desu, Oijindi desuka? I think Oijindi desuka is how are you. Again, I know very little. Hai, Iie, Aro Sora, Necro, Inu, not much that I can remember. I'll use a translator if I can.

You can come closer...i don't bite much unless you push the wrong buttons repeatedly. I am a bit hard shelled on the outside but gentle to those i get to know. With work, school, and my art I am really wanting someone in my downtime to have a nice conversation with and learn more about the country I have had a life long fascination with. I tend to like trying new things! I listen to all kinds of music and have quiet a few strange hobbies like sword making and seeing what looks pretty when it is covered in fire.
