Fire Safety Posters of Kyoto

Kyoto is a city with an endemic history of fire. Many of Kyoto's 2000 temples and shines have burned down at least once. Some have burned down and been rebuilt 4 or 5 times.

In this context, it's little wonder why Kyoto takes fire seriously. Kyoto is a city that's filled with fire safety posters.
