Basically, I'm looking for a pen pal from Japan basically to conversate with and share ideas and culture with. I just started taking Japanese/Ni-honga so I'm not real proficient yet but I look forward to learning it well through communication and practice. I am getting ready to travel to japan next summer and I REALLY need some help in figuring out where is the best place to stay. The most beautiful sight seeing. I have read a lot of literature and have been studying japan but am very scarety to make reservations because I am not sure if I am choosing the right destination or a place to stay. hi.i am exceptionally interested in people. and japan has always been a mystery for me.i am teaching english at the university and working on my PH.D.but this is somehow boring.i am extremely keen on martial arts, and making my first steps in this direction.i like good movies that don't have happy endings, nice books, poetry and people-smart and unusual in a way.i am more or less intersted in fashion-trends more than brands.i love animals..what else? i am simply up for a long term conversation and some cultural exchange with any outgoung person. have a nice day!
