Japan Talk established a Japanese Penpal service in 2003. Over 50,000 people joined. In 2012, Japan Talk decided to shut this service down to focus on our Japanese Culture Guide.
We created a page on Facebook for people who are interested in Japanese Penpals, Friends or Language Exchange. Please check it out.
Most people use Facebook to communicate. We hope to build this page into the top way to meet Japanese penpals and language exchange partners.
