Shibuya



Shibuya is one of Tokyo's largest neighbourhoods. Shibuya crossing (kosaten) is the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world.

Everyday, 2.4 million passengers transfer at Shibuya Station. Shibuya is a major entertainment and shopping district. It's packed with hotels, department stores, shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, karaoke, love hotels, hostess clubs and red light establishments.

Shibuya has a reputation as being a young town. Many locals who are over 30 — avoid Shibuya (feeling they are too old for it).
