Shinjuku Don Quijote: One Stop Shopping for Yogurt, Underwear and Louis Vuitton

Deep in Shinjuku's infamous Kabukicho red light district is a discount shop that defies explanation.



Don Quijote is a chain of 160 discount shops in Japan and Hawaii. It's known for its catchy theme song and its strange variety of products.

Don Quijote sells groceries, electronics, housewares, fashions — just about anything you can imagine. It even sells top brand fashions. It's the only shop in the World that sells yogurt and Cartier watches under the same roof.
