It's called the Steel Dragon 2000. Located near Nagoya Japan — it was the tallest roller coaster in the World until 2003 (97 meters or 318 feet).

It has been reinforced to be earthquake resistant. This makes roller coasters more expensive to build in Japan. It's still the most expensive roller coaster in the World at $60 million US.
